Culinary Art Catering is Hiring a Catering Sales Manager Near Farmers, TX
Award winning, Dallas based, off premise catering company, Culinary Art Catering, is growing out team and seeking a full time Catering Sales Manager. This position is primarily responsible for handling inbound sales leads and inquiries. This position will maintain existing client base, handle events from inquiry to completion and assist in actively pursuing business through networking and follow ups. Must be able to work weekends and evenings based on catering events.
Creative, food focused events with attention to detail and excellent customer service are the cornerstones of our company. We are seeking someone with a knowledge of food, a passion for hospitality and excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate with have a background in catering, sales and / or customer service. Must be an energetic and enthusiastic professional who is up to the challenge and ready to work in a fast paced, high volume environment. Candidate must be self motivated, extremely organized, and able to work in a team environment that requires perfection in all endeavors. Must be able to learn company operating procedures thoroughly and quickly.
This position will report the the Director of Catering and General Manager. You will report sales efforts and accomplishments to both on a weekly basis.

Job Requirements
Some off premise or hotel catering experience preferred.
Must be willing to learn and strictly follow companies sales strategies and protocol.
Must be a confident communicator and be able to represent the company and its owners knowledgeably and professionally.
Ability to work weekends and evenings based on catering events.
Must be able to work in an office environment with multiple co-workers.
Must be computer proficient and familiar with MS Office products.
Candidate must be able to handle difficult and / or demanding clients with a calm and professional demeanor.
Must be organized and detail oriented.

$30K to $60K (salary plus commission/bonus)
